1.How do I track my package?
Shop KEEN confirms all orders via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order ships.
 
2.Where's my order?
Shop KEEN confirms all orders via e-mail. Please check to make sure that you received a confirmation e-mail. Once the order has been confirmed, it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to reach you.
 
3.Will all my products be shipped together?
Not always. KEEN stocks products in different locations to maximize efficiency. In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible and back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available.
 
4.Our shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order. You will not pay extra shipping for products that are not shipped together.
 
5.Where do you ship?
Shop KEEN ships to CANADA only via CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL. Shop KEEN does not ship to internationally.
 
6.How do you handle undeliverable packages?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable if the address is incorrect.
 
7.Our carriers may make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
 
8.When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund equaling the cost of the merchandise.
 
9.What if my address is incorrect?
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient at your expense. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
 
10.How do I return an item?
All returns must be pre-authorized by KEEN. You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning your item. To obtain a Return Authorization, call customer support at 416-666-9529
 
11.Can I change my order?
Shop KEEN cannot change an order after it has been processed. However, you may return your order after you have contacted customer support and received a Return Authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by KEEN

KEEN accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
 
14.Does KEEN offer purchase orders or invoice billing?
KEEN does not offer purchase order or invoice purchasing. Shop KEEN only accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
 
15.KEEN applies sales tax to all transactions based on ship-to location.
 
16.I would like to order a larger quantity of an item after trying it out. Can I get a discount at KEEN?
KEEN does not offer quantity discounts.
